- 100 gms Jute leaves (2-3 handful)
- 1.5 cup water
- as per taste Salt
- 1 tbsp Mustard oil
- 3-4 Crushed & chopped Garlic
- 1 Whole Dry Red Chilli
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds

- Boil water with salt. Add the wash and roughly chopped Jute leaves and cook it in open kadai, so that it doesn't loose it's green colour, for about 10-15 minutes.
- Heat mustard oil in a pan, add the tear and add whole dry red chilli, Crushed and chopped garlic and Cummin seeds. Once the garlic starts browning add it to the boiling soup/ jhol and mix cook for a minute. Serve hot with rice.
