  1. First chop all the vegetables in a chopper. Now add water and oil and boil the hakka noodles. Then remove the hot water from the noodles and add cold water.
  2. Now add corn flour in these noodles, mix and fry in hot oil till very crispy golden brown.
  3. Now heat oil in a pan, add chopped ginger, chopped garlic and cook on low flame for a while.
  4. Now add chopped onion, chopped French beans, chopped carrot, chopped cabbage and mix for 1 minute.
  5. Then add soy sauce, vinegar, red chili sauce, tomato ketchup, salt and black pepper powder and mix well
  6. Now add water, mix and cook on low flame. Now add a little water in the corn flour on the other side, make a slurry, add it to the soup and mix well. (Add water as thin or thick as you want the soup)
  7. Now add chopped green coriander leaves and chopped green onion, mix well and turn off the gas flame.
  8. Now our Healthy Veg Manchow Soup is ready to serve. Garnish this soup with green coriander leaves and fried noodles. Enjoy the hot soup.
