  1. In a saucepan fry the chopped onions in olive oil until translucent,so only about 2 minutes and then add the water, either boiled or cold,bring to the boil and then simmer.
  2. Add the Herb of your choice, could use all Parsley if you want, add a generous pinch of salt and pepper and then add the frozen Garden Peas,cook through on the hob in the saucepan for 5,or 4 minutes.
  3. Blend with a Blender until smooth and then add more salt and pepper if needed. Serve in a bowl and then garnish with fresh Parsley,
