- Take Pearl Millet (Bajra) flour in a pan and dry roast for 5 minutes.
- For making yogurt mixture, take a large bowl, add yogurt and roasted Millet Flour/ Bajra Flour.
- Add turmeric powder, salt and water. Mix well so that there are no lumps.
- For tempering the soup heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and any veggies of your choice. (You can add baby corn, corn, bell peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, nuts, etc.)
- Roast the veggies for 3-4 minutes. Add yogurt mixture and cook on slow flame. Let it come to a boil, you'll see the color change, this should take 10 minutes.
